• Take ultimate responsibility for a specific customer group and its business and profitability

• Build long-term and sustainable relationships – together with your customer team, you create value that is truly felt

• Identify customers' goals, needs, and potential and recommend advanced solutions in asset management, credit, tax advisory, as well as pensions and insurance

• Collaborate with the team and other colleagues by contributing your specialist expertise and experience

In this role, you need:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in economics/finance or equivalent

• At least five years of experience in a qualified customer-facing role - preferably with complex customer relationships and a strong business focus

• Good understanding of business economics, taxes, and law

• Strong analytical skills with a proven high level in advanced financial advisory

• Engagement, business drive, and team spirit – a positive energy that inspires both customers and colleagues

• Genuine interest in networking and creating new business opportunities

• Swedsec licenses in mortgage, investment advice, and insurance advice

The Private Banking unit works with the largest and most complex clients, private individuals, companies, foundations, and the public sector. We offer a holistic full-service concept. We are motivated to develop existing and new customer relationships and create new business contacts with a focus on customer satisfaction, business, and our goals. The position is based in Kalmar, but you will work throughout Kalmar County together with a team of 12 Private Bankers, 1 Next-gen advisor, and 2 customer support.
